• To deliver the leading junior pathway program in Victorian Premier Cricket.

• To create a pipeline of cricketers whom are equipped to perform at 1st and 2nd XI Premier level for Camberwell Magpies.

 

Objectives​

 

• To develop highly skilled, team-first match winners who value collective success over individual achievement.​

• To support the holistic development of players—technically, tactically, physically, and mentally—with a focus on athleticism and strong cricketing intelligence.​

​

• To build character and valuable life skills, preparing them for success beyond cricket, recognising that for most, cricket will not become a profession.​

​

• Provide a positive first experience of Premier Cricket with the aim of developing a lifelong love of the game and sustained participation at senior level.
