ECA Representative Carnival

As part of the Eastern Cricket Association Camberwell Magpies players have the opportunity of participating in representing the ECA in the VMCU Junior Carnival. The Carnival provides a great opportunity for junior ECA male and female players to display their talent at the representative level against other cricket associations throughout metropolitan Melbourne.

The VMCU Carnival takes place in early January each year and comprises a series of home and away rounds and finals.

The ECA fields male and female teams in all grades of the year’s carnival (Male: U18, U16, U14, U12. Female: U12, U14, U17).

If your child is available and capable in participating in this representative tournament in January (noting they are required to be available for the full selection process, and if successful the full tournament) please discuss with your Team Manager at the Camberwell Magpies. They can then discuss with the age group co-ordinator and recommend your child to the Camberwell Magpies Junior Committee.

Please note there is a maximum of 3 players per A grade team, and 2 players for other grades that are able to be recommended to the ECA to participate in the tournament.
